Follow-up planning
After the consultation, the care team records the agreed next steps and explains how future report review or follow-up can be arranged.
Optional Chengdu visit
Clients who want an in-person visit can discuss a separate Chengdu arrangement after the online consultation. Travel is never required for the online service.

What does the USD 30 service cover?
It covers intake and record organization, one private 1-to-1 video consultation with a matched clinician when appropriate, and appointment coordination. Medicines, tests, travel and any later service are separate.
Is this an emergency or online diagnosis service?
No. This is a scheduled cross-border health consultation and coordination service. It does not replace local emergency care, a local oncology team or an in-person examination.
Can you arrange medicine delivery?
Medicine is not included in the consultation fee. Any later discussion of an herbal option requires individual clinical review, destination rules and a separate quotation before an order is placed.
What is the refund policy?
You may cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment for a full refund of the USD $30 consultation fee. A confirmed appointment may be rescheduled once without charge when requested at least 24 hours in advance.
